Thank you for your support of Alpine Rescue Team!

As you probably already know, today is Colorado Gives Day. We know you have many organizations counting on your donations, but if you haven’t donated yet, we hope you’ll consider Donating to Alpine Rescue Team.

In case you didn’t know, Alpine Rescue Team is completely volunteer based and we rely on generous donations so we can help people having a bad day in the mountains.

Here’s a general list of some of the many things we need to raise money for each year.

1. Technical equipment (ropes, carabiners, pulleys, litters, …)
2. Fuel for vehicles (snowmobiles, trucks, ATVs)
3. Training for our members (avalanche courses, leadership training, medical…)
4. “Keeping the lights on” (electricity, water, maintenance)
5. Medical equipment
6. Insurance for the vehicles
7. Workmen’s comp Insurance for members
8. Education for the public 
9. Radio/communication maintenance
10. Professional Memberships and Certifications
11. Did we mention equipment….?
