Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Evergreen Town Race, Alpine Rescue Team’s largest fundraising event of the year. As this is our 42th year, we’re preparing to make it the biggest race yet, and we’d love your support.
As you may know, both the 5K and 10K courses wind down gradually Upper Bear Creek, finishing at the Evergreen Lake house. This course treats runners and walkers to one of the most scenic and fastest races in Colorado. In fact, the fastest 5K in Colorado was run on this course – 14:07 by Jason Hubbard in 1998. Since then, we regularly get competitive runners from around the nation to try to beat that time.
We are proud of the community spirit and family atmosphere we’ve developed over the last 40 years. It’s rewarding and humbling to see families and friends running together, many completing their first ever 5k or 10k. Our goal is to grow the community aspect, and become an event that all of Evergreen and the Front Range residents look forward to each year
We are looking for local sponsors to support The Evergreen Town Race this summer; Sunday, August 7, 2022. Below you’ll find our sponsorship opportunity levels, and, in addition to helping us save lives, you’ll see the benefits of becoming a sponsor. We’re anticipating over 1,000 runners this year, and will reach thousands of potential runners, walkers, families and their friends through all of our marketing.
The Evergreen Town Race is the biggest and most important fundraiser of Alpine Rescue Team. Headquartered in Evergreen, CO, Alpine Rescue Team is a group of almost 100 all volunteer women and men dedicated to saving lives in the mountains. We serve Jefferson, Clear Creek & Gilpin Counties, and 4 of the busiest 14ers in the state. We are also one of the busiest rescue teams in Colorado, completing well over 120 missions each year.
Most importantly, we never charge for rescue and have been grateful for the support of our local community since 1959. Your support of Evergreen Town Race will help us continue to provide 24-hour search and rescue services to residents and visitors of Colorado for years to come.

The Evergreen Town Race, benefitting Alpine Rescue Team, is offering Chamber members a booth at the race on 08/07/2022 for only $100! Reach well over 1000 racers and spectators in several hours on a beautiful Summer morning at the Evergreen Lake House. We only have 10 spots available that will go fast! This offer is available until June 15, or when all spaces are sold. Please fill out the form below for more information. After June 15, the price goes up to $150.

This beautiful, iconic run is in its 42nd year, and benefits the Alpine Rescue Team. Alpine is dedicated to saving lives through search, rescue, and mountain safety education. With over 130 calls per year, the Evergreen Town Race provides much needed funding for medical gear, ropes, vehicles and much more.
